For an initial reasonable fee, usually $300 to $500 depending on the site's complexity, we will do two things for you:

1. Initial Current Site Analysis / Storyboard
   Total review of your current site with a deliverable of our storyboard flowchart for the recommended site redesign.
    
2. Q & A Meeting
   Meet with you and your Webmaster to review your interests and requirements, the storyboard and our recommendations that can improve your site's professionalism. We will also openly answer your Webmaster's questions. Allow generally one and a half to four hours, again depending on the complexity of your current site. Have your questions ready so you can get more from the meeting.

Beyond the initial site analysis and Q & A Meeting, we will support your Webmaster by answering questions or by handling certain assigned work that is beyond their knowledge. We will invoice that work on an hourly or retainer basis (time allocated for a set amount per month).

Add-on services or counseling that we offer that may be beyond your Webmaster's skills and/or knowledge base includes but is not limited to:

• Database design and coding - program functionality into your Web site (e.g. permission-based newsletters and e-commerce to encourage business; today's special; quality online business photo library of your product or service; logon service to proprietary information. We do not use packaged products that restrict changes in the long run. We code in native Active Server Pages (ASP), SQL and MS Access or more robust databases as needed (MS Access can handle up to 30 concurrent sessions, more than that requires a more robust database).
   
• Online marketing - search engine optimization (Web page changes and applications to the few important engines/directories), search engine marketing (encourage link popularity, advertising banners - creation and help in placement)
   
• Improve Web site organization and its navigation
   
• Fast-loading pages - optimize images
   
• Improve your online professional image with custom advanced imagery on your home page and on your lower level pages; professional imagery to help site visitors understand what you have to offer.
   
• Assistance with your sales message to optimize your online opportunities
   
• Plan and implement extensive online form(s) that move some initial form handling from your employees to the Internet. Redirect people time to something more profitable while you encourage site visitors to fill in the form at THEIR convenience and behind a secure server. This applies not only for potential new client's applications but also to a more efficient way of handling ongoing service requests from your existing customers.
   
• Make the great information on your Web site much more accessible.
   
• Assist with a move to a new Web host that has the features, price and/or the service you require.
   
• Bring the best out of a Web site with cross-selling and premiere service.
   
• Apply your existing branding - connect with your brochures and stationary with your Web site.
