Sample Customized Notification Email
A customized email response is sent to you as a result of the inquiry
and can be sent to the customer, too, as needed. It's also compact to
encourage the ability to print everything from one page, if possible,
in case you or your customer want to retain a hard copy.
We can set the "Subject:" to whatever you feel would be helpful
for you to distinguish these emails from the mounds of junk emails that
we all get. The "Subject:" will be consistent every time you
receive an email from one of your site visitors on a per form basis.
In other words, you may find it advantageous to separate your Order
form, Inquiry form and Feedback form into separate forms, and if you
did, each would have a different specific "Subject:" per type
of form. Obviously, all of these forms can be combined into one form,
especially if the same person receives all three. You may also want
to separate the forms so that you keep each type of form as short as
possible for the site visitor.
