We will run one report group (including all of the site statistic reports
listed below) for you on the interval you choose (every two weeks, monthly,
bimonthly, quarterly). The frequency is usually monthly but depending
on your search engine optimization needs and on the promotions you might
be running, you may want it more often. The following is a list of the
reports that we will furnish providing we have access to the raw log files.
The setup establishes a Web page from which you can click to view each
report group for the current month as well as the other report groups
for as long as you are with us. It is not linked to a page on your public
Web site so the public doesn't have link access to it but you can access
it online with the address we furnish to you via email. It's all clean
and easy to use.
With the recommended or any Web host company, if we have access to the
raw log files, we can furnish the reports we describe below at the prices
quoted in "Pricing".

Potential Gains
Analyze promotional campaign success and change for greater success
1. By the hits and bandwidth from one month
to another
2. Top entry pages can be helpful if you publish
different entry pages
Click on the referring sites .htm links to view your link on their site.
You may think of ways
to improve their link that could
result in more click-throughs = more sales potential
Indicators can help you know when and how to change the Web site for
your visitors' benefit:
1. Bandwidth can indicate, for the number
of unique user, the average time each is
staying on your site
2. Analyze visits to different areas of
your Web site
3. Top entry pages can be an indicator
of what people choose to bookmark or you can use a special
page in advertising
and this report can help analyze the success of your advertising.
4. Web browser can influence the technology
you use in your Web pages
Search Engine Keywords report gives information helpful in "tweaking"
your Web pages in a way
that would encourage higher Search
Engine rankings
As a side issue, as we create the reports, we backup the raw log files
and then delete them
off of your Web host so that you aren't
billed for the extra space required to leave them
online needlessly. They can be quite large
files.

Report List with Brief Descriptions
Method of referring reports
Our $50 initial setup fee covers establishing a Web page that you can
use to easily access the latest as well as all of the past report groups.
Although the site statistics page is not linked to any of your Web site
pages, you can access it online so there's no emailing of reports. It's
all clean and easy to use. We will send an email letting you know that
the latest report group is now available.
Reporting Months
We can run the reports against your older copies of log files. Otherwise,
we can make follow-ups to run the reports according to your preferences.
Pricing
$25 per report group that includes up to 3 months
(most customers order the monthly report group
option so they can more readily see spikes
due to advertising) - a report group can be
run
monthly
- the normal choice
If
you don't need to see it that often, we can run 3 months of report groups
as a quarterly offering
at the same price as a single month's report group. The time it takes
to do either of those is
close to the same.
If
you are running advertising campaigns, you may want to have us run the
report group on
a weekly, on demand or even daily basis.
$50 initial setup fee.
Fees to run reports when you are
with a Web Host company other than the
recommended company will be on a quote basis. And yet, If we have direct
access
to the raw log files, the rates should be the same.
