You will receive an invoice for the charges categorized by "General Maintenance" versus "Programming/Special Graphics" hours worked. We will bill (e.g. biweekly or monthly) depending on your preferences.

All billing is presented with integrity. Your charge for maintenance is based on actual hours worked if you choose to pay by the hour or we can set a retainer amount per month. The retainer is renegotiable by either of us if we feel that the required time and the monthly amount are a mismatch.
 

Whether we bill on a hourly, project or retainer basis, each invoice will be accompanied with a brief explanation of the work that we completed for your records. You receive the benefit of efficiencies that we apply to our process.

General Maintenance of existing pages / Meetings:
General Work to include, for example, page design, consultation time, general page creation and updates to the data in your database.

Programming / Special Graphics / Search Engine:
This category of work includes all work related to database design and creation, program design and code, more complicated special graphics for new, redesigned, advertising and upgrade applications (e.g. roll-overs, pop-up menus, animated banners) and all Search Engine work (e.g. submit applications to search engines; plan for and arrange pay-per-click programs; add search engine friendly aspects to Web pages (we do the latter for the home page at no additional cost in the case of a new or total redesign Web site project)

We do not require any type of long or short term time agreement. We look to keep you as a customer based on satisfaction! The maintenance rates are reasonable and in-line with your original estimate rates. We will be glad to provide subsequent estimates for site enhancements. Most of our customers do not require estimates for ongoing work, they see how reasonable our fees are for the work done and just give us directives for needed updates. Our hourly rates have not gone up since we started the business in 1999.
